To meet the increasing market demand outside Kerala, another manufacturing unit, Ashtavaidyan Thaikkattu Mooss Vaidyaratnam Oushadhalayam Pvt. Ltd., was established at Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, in 2009.
All the three units are totally integrated to ensure best standards, homogenised and produce high quality manufacturing of Ayurveda medicines.
It was the biggest opportunity for us to do the work with such a big company, Vaidyaratnam Oushadhalayam Pvt. Ltd.
For the first we have to know client requirements is the most important part of storage solutions, after so many meetings and discussion we came to conclude to do the work with best quality and minimum budget and maximum utilize the space. We had 4000 square Feet store room space, 6000 box products on that time. They want to expand the storage space to the same space and 12000 plus boxes they want to keep the same store room space.
We had the best support from the company management side, and we could complete the work on time.
However, before we started the work, they had 5000. Box storage space in their shop. After 15 days of production and 2 days of installation, the store changed to 12000 plus box store space and doubled the space to 8000 square feet, and increased production, operations and goods flow. It had a good impact on their factory supply goods movements.
After completing work, panda racks give the safety guidelines and shelf operations work. The work we completed in 25 days with a minium budget and maximum store space with good quality materials.
Since 2017 Panda racks provide one of the leading supermarket racks and heavy-duty rack suppliers in Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
